Fans of Flanders met Gavin Watt, Chairman of the Scottish Caledonian Society of Brussels. Meet Gavin Watt as he tells his personal story about how he ended up in Belgium and about a famous whisky commercial, but also as he ponders upon the idea of an independent Scotland. Yes or no: he takes a philosophical stand on the issue: "There is not an easy answer to these things."
Gavin Watt is also one of Scotland's most famous voices, and probably the most famous Scottish voice in Flanders. He is the man pronouncing the words "No rules, great Scotch" in a whisky commercial.
Watt tries to take a neutral stand on the issue of an independent Scotland. "The choice seems obvious, but there is not an easy answer to these things."
