An interactive map has been made available by the Belgian government for people to check whether they will be affected by the expected brown and black-outs this winter. Cities such as Brussels and Leuven remain unaffected, while places such as Overijse, Kraainem, Zaventem and Tervuren can expect potential power cuts.
