The Guardian: Ghent’s newspaper hostel

The British newspaper The Guardian has devoted an article to a rather special new hostel that has just opened in the fair city of Ghent. As John Brunton reports budget travellers now have the option of staying in a newspaper-themed hostel.

The hostel in a former newspaper building has rooms and dorms named after famous papers.

The UK daily writes that you can now choose to show your allegiance by staying at the Guardian dorm – with the paper’s name, in its idiosyncratic typeface, on the exterior of the room.
