Search for missing 12-year-old in Ekeren
Search teams were in action on Saturday to find the missing 12-year-old Anne-Myrthe De Ren from Ekeren, a town north of Antwerp. Nothing was heard from the teenager since she left her home with a bag of clothes last Wednesday.
Child Focus, the organisation dealing with missing children, has launched a call to find witnesses or to receive tips. The girl is 1.55 metres in length and has dark blonde hair and green eyes. When she vanished, she was wearing white sports shoes (with black stripes), a blue jeans, a short green jacket and a backpack showing pink and red flowers.
